New eating program..

So I gotta lose 80+ lbs or more to get my knees done. I am an atrociously compulsive overeater, sedentary on the very best of days, barely mobile on the bad ones. Exercise is not going to be what gets this weight off. I need a new plan.

 

But it’s still Tahnksgivbing somewhere, bitches, so for now, I’m gonna make another plate.
