I am not the best at managing my dosages so I often run out of my best meds a few days shy of the refill day.
So consequently I’m hurting, twitchy and anxious and counting seconds, minutes and hours till 3 pm tomorrow. Actually more like 4 pm cuz I gotta see my Dr then get to the pharmacy and fill it.
So I hurt, I twitch and I wait.

I’m sorry you’re going through this, I’ve been there far too many times.

I am grateful that I haven’t experienced this in almost two years. Went through 72 hours of hell many more times than I would care to admit. Drink lots of water, and I found that some over the counter helped a little, even if it was placebo type help. Thinking of ya.
